DVD COVER

I know, I know, I started going on about this years ago – there were potential release dates touted, but all came to nought. The joys of Indie films….

But now there is a release date – March 7th. It’s available for pre-order available here on Amazon. Not Sure about other availability as yet, but will be in stores somewhere.

UPDATE: I had this on pre-oder with Amazon and then had the email to say it would not be released until January 2017!!!!! I could spit! It is, apparently, available on Pay Per View schedules, look out for it there.

Here’s a few pics from the shoot….

LARDY BUM! New video out – and some new audio too….

Hello dear, dear reader…. I hope you’ve had a fabulous weekend.

Some wonderful New Dave to share with you this evening…..

I’m very happy to release the new Yorkshire Teabaggers video to you, a parody of Mardy Bum by The Arctic Monkeys.

Please have a look, subscribe and share…

I’ve also had the pleasure of an audio recording session today with my old chum Douglas Thorp. We last worked together many a year ago. As Doug says…

“David and I first crossed paths when I was a lily-livered art student at Sheffield City Polytechnic in the 80s. He played a mildly disturbed barber for my degree show film, which was shown throughout the land in one cinema. This brings us back together for the first time in 30 years.”

Doug has a rather wonderful Blog and Book and I was delighted to provide some voice work for it. IE Audio 16 : The Blood Test – Please Take a Listen

And finally, remember my other alter-ego, Barry Pigeon, had Episode 3 released on Friday…. it’s getting exciting! Please subscribe and share…

Another episode of Barry is coming next week, plus there’ll be some Yorkshire Teabaggers Behind The Scenes to share soon…. Stay Tuned!

A bit of a web site tidy up…..

Hello folks!

Almost the weekend and almost my birthday, looking forward to food, fun and frolics.

I just wanted to share a few updates I’ve made to the web site.

I used to hand code everything back when I started, then moved to Dreamweaver for design, then added WordPress for the blog section of the site.

To try to keep everything fresh, uniform and handy for mobile devices, I’ve started moving the old pages to the WordPress format. It also makes updates easy from my phone.

So if you look up at the menu bar above you will see a few new additions. Many of my old pages will go under the Other Pages section, so look there for Memoirs of a Railwayman, David McClelland the Psychologist, the USS McClelland and Unique Urinals. I am pretty eclectic in my pages….

And (yet another) reminder that Episode 2 of Barry Pigeon Protects is online today…..
Please, please, please view, subscribe, like and share…..

Episode 1, in case you missed it (HOW????),  is below…

Actor Showreels…. from £80

Hi folks! A long time since my last update – I’ve been living through crazy times, (I’ll save the details for my autobiography) but I’m out the other side and loving life.

I’m all set up with the latest technical bells and whistles to create Showreel Magick for you actor types…. Take a look at my Showreel page and get in touch if you need more info, contact form at bottom of this post….

Bex and I had a fantastic time at the 25th Festival of Fantastic Films where THE ZOMBIE KING had the UK Premiere.

Met up with fellow actor George McCluskey and producers/actors Jennifer Chippindale and Rebecca-Clare Evans, filmmaker Natalie Kennedy, actor/comedy genius Emma Kenny Kennedy – and a whole bunch of Fantastic Fans, including Stephen and his sister, and bunch of really nice guys, one of whom was an engineer…. he mentioned that quite a lot. I wish I could remember names 🙂

The Zombie King is wrapped!

IMG_0290I’ve just completed filming one of the lead roles in The Zombie King!

We had an amazing time, shooting for 3 weeks in Somerset, in and around Shepton Mallet and Wells. It was fast and furious, wet and cold but the cast and crew were incredible and we had a great time.

The Zombie King will hit your screens in 2012, so keep a look out for it!
