{"id":1064,"date":"2016-01-22T14:52:28","date_gmt":"2016-01-22T14:52:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mcclellandmedia.com\/blog\/?p=1064"},"modified":"2016-01-22T14:53:25","modified_gmt":"2016-01-22T14:53:25","slug":"a-bit-of-a-web-site-tidy-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcclellandmedia.com\/blog\/2016\/01\/22\/a-bit-of-a-web-site-tidy-up\/","title":{"rendered":"A bit of a web site tidy up&#8230;.."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello folks!<\/p>\n<p>Almost the weekend and almost my birthday, looking forward to food, fun and frolics.<\/p>\n<p>I just wanted to share a few updates I&#8217;ve made to the web site.<\/p>\n<p>I used to hand code everything back when I started, then moved to Dreamweaver for design, then added\u00a0WordPress for the blog section of the site.<\/p>\n<p>To try to keep everything fresh, uniform and handy for mobile devices, I&#8217;ve started moving the old pages to the WordPress format. It also makes updates easy from my phone.<\/p>\n<p>So if you look up at the menu bar above you will see a few new additions. Many of my old pages will go under the <a href=\"http:\/\/mcclellandmedia.com\/blog\/other-pages\/\">Other Pages<\/a> section, so look there for <a href=\"http:\/\/mcclellandmedia.com\/blog\/other-pages\/memoirs-of-a-railwayman\/\">Memoirs of a Railwayman<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/mcclellandmedia.com\/blog\/other-pages\/david-mcclelland-psychologist-no-relation\/\">David McClelland the Psychologist<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/mcclellandmedia.com\/blog\/other-pages\/the-uss-mcclelland-de750\/\">USS McClelland<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/mcclellandmedia.com\/blog\/other-pages\/unique-urinals\/\">Unique Urinals<\/a>.
